4K - $41K a year Our General dental practice is looking for a friendly and hard-working dental receptionist to become a part of our team! This is a position located in Utica.
We are looking for someone who will be warm and welcoming to our patients.
You must be a compassionate, positive person that will help create a good experience.
Responsibilities:
Greeting patients when they arrive Assisting patients with scheduling and rescheduling appointments Answering calls Inform patients of the treatment estimate Collect payments/ Ins payments Verify and updating patient information and insurance coverage
Qualifications:
Must enjoy working with people Professional and courteous Maintain a positive demeanor Customer service and communication skills to ensure patients feel comfortable during appointments Well organized and reliable Attention to detail OSHA compliance regulations HMO/PPO knowledge preferred but not required Bilingual is a plus!
