The Business Analyst works with stakeholders from all business units and related third parties to define and document business processes and software requirements for technology initiatives.
The Business Analyst is the primary liaison between the business community, technology organization and external partners for all project requirements during the analysis phase of a project.
He or she is responsible for pro-actively conducting interviews with all project stakeholders to elicit functional requirements, modeling those requirements in an organized manner, then managing and communicating those requirements throughout the project life cycle.
Upon establishment of the requirements baseline, he or she will address change management issues and assist in test planning.
The Business Analyst seeks to develop creative solutions to meet business needs while respecting and complying with company and IT standards and guidelines.
The Business Analyst will report to the Senior Business Analyst, but will be expected to be able to work independently and mentor junior team members.

Develop business requirements and related business rules based on business decision.
Work closely with the business subject matter experts in the definition, training, implementation, and support of business requirements Define requirements through interviews, workshops, surveys, and existing system documentation or procedures.
Evaluate information gathered from multiple sources and translate high level information into details.
Act as liaison between the business and technology teams.
Work with software tools to gather and document requirements and rules.
Organize and lead meetings with business, technology, and quality assurance teams.
Proven ability to elicit, document, analyze and verify requirements.
Strong experience with testing concepts.
Technical writing experience and training experience.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Desirable Requirements:
Previous Experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance industry.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
