Responsibilities:
- Supervise and oversee construction projects from start to finish - Ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule - Coordinate and communicate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers - Review project plans, specifications, and blueprints - Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality of work - Implement and enforce safety protocols and OSHA regulations - Manage project budgets, including cost estimation and tracking - Collaborate with project team members to ensure successful project delivery - Procurement and Ordering - Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction Skills:
- Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices - Familiarity with construction estimating, budgeting, and contract administration - Ability to read and interpret construction plans, schematics, and specifications - Excellent communication and leadership skills for supervising a team - Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Note:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
