    - 10 Hour Shifts 4 Days per Week or 8 Hour Shifts 5 Days per Week- Provide continuous, comprehensive primary care for infants, children, youth, and adults according to current standards of care- Make diagnoses and prescribe medication as necessary

    - IL License REQUIRED
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
