Randstad Human Resources is partnering with a leading consumer goods/manufacturing client in the Danville, IL area in their search for a Senior HR Manager.
This will be the top HR role for the site supporting roughly 400 employees and 3 HR direct reports. Will work in the areas of employee and labor relations, talent management, leadership development, succession planning and performance management and lead a team of 3 HR Generalists.
Bachelor's Degree required. Master's in HR and/or Industrial Labor Relations preferred. 5
years of progressive HR generalist experience within a manufacturing environment.
Competitive Salary and relocation assistance offered.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
