Supplying Purchasing with tooling requirements and quotes for approval;
Working with the buyer to obtain at least three quotes for new tooling requirements;
Providing support and assistance in the repair and maintenance of tooling used by the companies suppliers for plastic components parts, metal stampings, rubber, aluminum/zinc die cast, fasteners or other materials;
Overseeing engineering changes and tool repairs regarding out-sourced tools at supplier base;
Making capital expenditure recommendations for tooling replacement and preventative maintenance repair programs;
Facilitating tooling purchase orders, requisitions, and payment approvals on new tooling and current tool repairs;
Some travel to suppliers may be required.

EDUCATION: 4-year Engineering degree required.

2+ years of experience in mold and die making fabrication;
Experience preferred in Supplier Tooling Engineering within automotive industry;
Experience in a JIT manufacturing environment preferred;
Knowledge of Statistical Process Control techniques, materials and compositions;
Analytical and problem solving skills;
Technical, math, organizational and planning skills;
Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills;
Computer proficiency.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
