Distribution Supervisor, 2nd Shift

Responsibility for shipping and receiving of all internal and external finished goods;
Managing and training Distribution associates;
Attendance records, employee appraisals, hiring and crewing requirements;
Maintaining all required records, including monitoring payroll;
Managing MATRIX and RF issues;
Conducting meetings with associates;
Managing HP9000 issues;
Ensuring GMPs, housekeeping and quality standards are maintained;
Participating in safety meetings and accident investigations;
Inputting and monitoring work orders through CMMS.
EDUCATION: 4-year degree required; Logistics, Business Administration or related disciplines preferred.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
2
years of related experience in a distribution environment;
Familiar with CMMS, packaging, raw materials, etc.;
Experience with HP9000 is a plus;
Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment;
Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation and team-building skills;
Proficiency in computer programs and data systems.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
