Sanitation Manager (CRITICAL NEED!)

Implementing and maintaining the plant Sanitation and Pest Management systems;
Ensuring compliance with all company, state and federal regulations;
Managing the plant internal sanitation team, and sanitation and pest control vendor resources, USDA regulatory visits, etc.;
Leading Continuous Improvement implementation in the sanitation programs;
Allocating and managing resources, developing talent, and budget management;
Enforcing and complying with company environmental policy and works to reduce environmental footprint;
Timely and effective reporting to the Plant Quality Manager.
EDUCATION: 4-year degree required; Engineering, Food Science or Chemistry preferred.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
5
years in quality, manufacturing, sanitation management roles;
Food processing sanitation program experience, meat or cheese preferred;
CIP and COP;
Sanitary design for piping and equipment;
Pest management;
Food safety and regulatory requirements;
Understands manufacturing processes and Lean Manufacturing principles;
CQE, HACCP certified preferred;
Strong interpersonal, communication and coaching skills.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
