Process Engineering Supervisor 47026
Supervising a process engineering team focused on moldings and coatings, equipment spec/design/build/standardization, processing support, new technology development, and material development; Making recommendations to management; Ensuring that material, process, and design specifications are established and maintained; Assisting process engineers in resolving problems, improving materials and process standards, developing new materials and processes, and in providing support to manufacturing plants.
EDUCATION:
4-year engineering degree required; Mechanical, Manufacturing, Chemical, General Engineering or Engineering Technology preferred.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
6
years of experience in a process related position including material selection, testing, implementation, and process; 2
years of experience in a lead or supervisory manufacturing process role; Automotive industry preferred; Ideal experience is injection molding and/or spray coatings; Standards knowledge, SAE and/or ASTM; Analytical, problem solving, leadership and coaching skills; Technical writing, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
