Duties include but are not limited to the following:
Plans and schedules work assignments for employees supervised. Establishes deadlines and priorities based on general work schedules, methods and procedures for the employees supervised. Determines proper methods, materials, personnel requirement and time estimates to ensure that the cleaning and sanitation of all rolling stock (i.e. beds, over bed tables, bedside stands and Evacusleds, etc.). Provides on-the-job training of all employees assigned in cleaning methods; use of various cleaning compounds, germicides, disinfectants, etc., and the proper mixing of those solutions; the use and care of scrubbers, buffers, vacuum cleaners, etc. Instructs employees in isolation terminal cleaning and the control of bacteria cross-infection. Inspects tools and equipment regularly and makes recommendations for repairs and replacement. Assures new employees receive mandatory training within 30 days from date of hire and all employees participate in continuing education/training annually with accurate documentation and supports management programs. Required to participate in labor/management programs, including grievances, alternative disputes resolutions, and partner sharing. Required to approve leave requests and recommendations. Sets performance for subordinates and provides formal appraisals of work performance. Knowledge of Microsoft Office to include word, excel, and outlook. Work Schedule:

Experience:
A specific length of training and experience is not required, but you must show evidence of training or experience of sufficient scope and quality of your ability to do the work of this position. Physical Requirements/Working Conditions:
Heavy lifting and carrying 45 pounds and over; pulling/pushing 2 hours; reaching above shoulder; use of fingers; working with both hands; walking, standing 8 hours; kneeling 4 hours; repeated bending 6 hours; climbing, use of legs and arms; near vision correctable at 13' to 16' to Jaeger 1 to 4; far vision correctable in one eye 20/20 and to 20/40 in the other; depth perception; ability to distinguish basic colors; hearing (aid permitted).Physical demands of the position require some heavy lifting (equipment and materials), movement of furniture are required along with the stamina to perform physical labor. Continuous walking, standing, stooping, bending, lifting and arduous physical effort is required in the performance of the manual tasks described; such as washing walls above five feet and operating powered equipment over extended periods of time. Working conditions:
Such as ventilation and environment are satisfactory. Incumbent may be subject to occasional noise. The work performed requires continuous walking when making inspections in various areas. When performing cleaning tasks, moderate effort is expected. Must have a thorough knowledge of specialized cleaning and sanitation techniques, material and equipment in order to accomplish the duties assigned to the position.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
